Shipping costs
We deliver the goods with parcel services or forwarders. The shop shows you during your order the amount for shipping costs. For larger orders there may be better rates available. If we can reach better transport costs, we will put them through to you to 100%.
For pallet shipments we will offer you the best rate depending on weight and size by e-mail.

Returns
Within the European community you can return goods purchased by internet within 14 days after receiving without any reason and we will refund the full purchase price for the returned item. We will not refund additional cost such as delivery, COD costs or banking charges.
If you want to return an item please contact our sales office at info@arribaeurope.com to receive information how to proceed in this case. We will not accept returns freight unpaid to us. To comply with the 14 days return right you need to contact us in written form (fax, letter or e-mail).
Warranty
We warrant that the products are free from material and production faults when we deliver them. In case of a warranty fault please contact us in written form (fax, letter, e-mail) as soon as you detect the fault. We will return the faulty item and deliver a new one to you or repair the item or we will offer you a refund (in our decision).
Availability
We give no guaranty for availability of the products. If we can not deliver the ordered item and we can not offer you an adequate alternative you have the right to resign from the purchase contract. We will inform you by e-mail if we see problems in delivery. If you already paid in advance we will refund the complete amount to you.
